This beautiful vintage Bakelite bracelet is 1" wide and weighs 31 grams. It has the normal inside diameter of 2.5"
The bracelet is a dark cherry red color which was originally probably a bright cherry red color, but over the years as its patina aged it has darkened from its original color to its current dark cherry red color.
The bracelet has been decorated with open work vine and leaf carvings that circle the outside of the bracelet. The carvings were beautifully executed and look fantastic! Elliptical open work carvings were added to accentuate the leaf designs.
This Vintage Bakelite bracelet is in excellent condition and its authenticity was confirmed using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10). No chips or cracks were noted.
