This gorgeous vintage Bakelite bracelet was carved from semi translucent Chartreuse colored Bakelite. I believe the bracelet was originally a translucent yellow, but as the patina has aged it has taken on a greenish tone resulting in the bracelet's current greenish/yellow color.
It has been decorated with three Art Deco Era inspired abstract open work flower inspired carvings, Branch and leaf carvings separate the open work flowers.
The bracelet is 3/4" wide with a 2.5" interior diameter and weighs 27 grams.
This Bakelite bracelet is in excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks were noted. The bracelet's authenticity as Bakelite was confirmed using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10)
