This beautifully "overdyed" Bakelite bracelet has a 7/8" wide "domed" shape and weighs 29 grams. It has the normal inside diameter of 2.5" .
The bracelet is a solid orange color that has had an emerald green overdye applied to the inside of the bracelet and applied to the outside of the bracelet to create a soft mottled green and orange color.
Three large flower inspired carvings decorate the outside of the bracelet. Each of these carvings had a black overdye added to the carved areas to create a lovely contrast with the uncarved areas of the bracelet's mottled green and orange colors,
This vintage Bakelite bracelet is in excellent condition and its authenticity was confirmed using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10) No chips or cracks were noted and the green overdye is in great shape with minimal wear to the inside of the bracelet.
