This vintage "overdyed" Bakelite bracelet has a 3/4" wide "domed" shape and weighs 40 grams. It has the normal inside diameter of 2.5" . The bracelet is a solid butterscotch color that the artist applied a brown overdye/resin wash to before creating the abstract flower carvings to create its unique carved design.
NOTE: The overdye is not consistently present on the bracelet. I'm not sure if that was the artist's intent or if the overdye has faded on its own in spots over the years.
There are four deeply carved large abstract flower inspired designs on the outside of the bracelet.
This Vintage Bakelite bracelet is in excellent condition and its authenticity was confirmed using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10) No chips or cracks were noted.
